Q. When do the restaurant gift certificates go on sale?
A. Each week, new restaurant gift certificates go on sale at 9 a.m. EST on Friday morning. Those gift certificates will be available for purchase until they are all sold.
Q. How do I pay for my gift certificate?
A. OrlandoSentinel.com uses PayPal as its transaction vendor. You can either enter your credit card info or pay using PayPal by signing into your account. Want to know more about PayPal? Click here.
Q. It is 9 a.m. on Friday. Why can't I see the gift certificates on sale?
A. Please refresh your browser as a first step. Click on the "More Info" button and you should see a "Buy Now" button or a "Sorry, this gift certificate is Sold Out." If you are still having technical difficulty, please click here.
Q. How long will it take to get the gift certificates?
A. It takes 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase to receive the gift certificate.
Q. I ordered my gift certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?
A. Click here to email the OrlandoSentinel.com Dining Deals fulfillment center.
Q. Can I pick up the gift certificate at the Orlando Sentinel?
A. Unfortunately, all OrlandoSentinel.com dining deal gift certificates must be mailed to the address on record for the transaction.
Q. What should I do if I want my gift certificate mailed somewhere other than my billing address?
A. PayPal allows you to change your shipping address as you are confirming your address.
